Rockford Park District invites current and future tennis enthusiasts for free indoor tennis fun at the Tennis Summer Kick-Off at Forest City Tennis Center. Activities will include a free introductory lesson for all ages at the event, free skill level evaluations for lesson placement, and a free Cardio Tennis demonstration for adults from 11 am until noon.

All youth present at the event who register on site or in advance for summer tennis lessons or camps will receive, while supplies last, a USTA t-shirt, tennis racquet, and can of tennis balls.

Lessons are taught by Forest City Tennis Center staff; registrations for Park District tennis programs and tournaments will be taken on site; registration is also available online at www.rockfordparkdistrict.org/tennis (click registration link) and at Park District Customer Service locations: UW Health Sports Factory in downtown Rockford, and Carlson Ice Arena and Mercyhealth Sportscore Two in Loves Park.
