In both Rockford and Chicago, the Clerk’s Office, will close, starting Friday, November 13th at 4:30 pm. If needed, the staff will be accepting filings through the mail, email, and the dropbox which is located in the lobby.
Also, beginning Monday, November 16th, civil case proceedings will all be held virtually and all jury trials will be suspended until after January 19th, 2021.
