We have an awesome story to share about one of our amazing listeners, Bam. Recently, Bam donated blood for the very first time at the Rock River Valley Blood Center. To recognize his generous act of kindness, we hooked him up with tickets to see P!NK live in concert this August.
But that’s not all—Bam went above and beyond by baking us a cheesecake to say thank you. And let us tell you, it was absolutely delicious! Each bite was a creamy, dreamy delight.

Bam’s Ultimate Cheesecake Recipe:
Step 1: Stir together first 3 ingredients listed below. Press into bottom and 1-inch up sides of a 10-inch spring foam pan. Chill 1 hour.
Step 2: Beat eggs at medium speed with an electric mixer. Add cream cheese; beat until blended. Gradually add 1 3/4 cups sugar, beating well. Stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. Pour batter into chilled crust.
Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees for one hour and 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees.
Step 4: Stir together sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1/8 teaspoon vanilla; spread over cheesecake.
Step 5: Bake at 425 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour. Cover and chill at least 10 hours. Remove sides of pan. Serve and garnish!

- 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 7 large eggs
- 4 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 (16-ounce) container of sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract
