Looks like they may be trying to turn Lord of the Rings into Game of Thrones. A petition has been launched on Change.org after reports that the upcoming Amazon Prime LoTR series has hired “intimacy coaches” and asked their actors to be “comfortable with doing nude scenes” when they auditioned. The petition, which currently has more than 35k signatures, asks to keep the series family friendly.

Marvel’s Loki premieres tomorrow on Disney + and it has recently been confirmed by Marvel that the character of Loki is gender fluid. This isn’t necessarily Marvel trying to be “woke” either. In Norse mythology, the character of Loki once took on the form of a female horse and was impregnated by a stallion . . . then gave birth to an eight-legged horse named Sleipnir. In a promotional tweet from the series, Loki’s passport can be seen, and under “Sex” it reads fluid.

Angela Bassett believes Chadwick Boseman‘s legacy as T’Challa is safe with director Ryan Coogler. Bozeman passed away last year at 43 after a battle with colon cancer and never got a chance to work on the sequel. Bassett says “Black Panther 2” will honor his legacy properly. We’ll know for sure when it hits theaters on July 8th, 2022.
