The Winnebago County Animal Shelter is normally busy during the summer but because of the pandemic that was uncertain. But now, despite the COVID-19 restrictions and new policies, adoptions and sales have skyrocketed.

    There are still many dogs and cats that are looking for their FURever homes but if you’re planning on adopting, you better move quickly!

    Winnebago County Animal Services posted on their Facebook that “Last week, Winnebago County Animal Services helped 59 pets find adoptive families! This included 45 cats and 14 dogs!”
