    Friday, October 18

    NORTHEAST FAMILY YMCA TRUNK OR TREAT

    YMCA Northeast Branch – 8451 Orth Rd – Loves Park

    Cost: FREE for members – $1 donation or one non-perishable food item for non-members

    When: 5:30 – 8 pm

    Trunk Or Treat from 5:30 to 7 pm and activities until 8 pm. There will be inflatables, games and activities.

     

    Saturday, October 19

    TREE TRUNK OR TREAT

    Atwood Center – 2685 New Milford School Rd – Rockford

    Cost: FREE – When: 7-9 pm

    Search the trees for hidden treats – Don’t forget your flashlight!

     

    ALL HALLOW’S EVE

    Midway Village Museum – 6799 Guilford Rd – Rockford

    Cost: $6.00 per person – FREE to Museum Members and Infants (0 – 2 yrs of age)

    When: 12 – 6 pm

    This annual event features the Victorian village completed decorated by local community groups and businesses. During this year’s enchanted woods experience,

    visitors will learn about King Arthur’s, his Knights of the Round Table, and his legendary court of Camelot. Join the Winnebago County Ghostbusters as they hunt

    for ghosts throughout the village!  Food and snacks will be available for purchase at the event.

     

    Sunday, October 20

    PET BLESSING AND TRUNK OR TREAT

    Roscoe Methodist Church – 10816 Main St – Roscoe

    Cost: FREE – When: 3 – 4:30 pm

    Pet Blessing will take place at 3 pm. Trunk or Treat begins at 3:30. Please bring dog or cat food donations for Kibble Korner Pet Food Pantry.

     

    SCREW CITY JEEPS TRUNK OR TREAT

    Bino’s Italian Restaurant – 6935 11th St – New Milford

    Cost: FREE – When: 2-3:30 pm

    Kids can Trunk or Treat from decorated jeeps.

    Cost: FREE – When: 4 – 7 pm

    Enjoy Trunk Or Treating food trucks, mascots, music and more.

     

    Friday, October 25

    TRUNK OR TREAT

    Ida Public Library – 320 N. State St – Belvidere

    Cost: FREE – When: 5:30 – 7 pm

    Trunk Or Treat through the parking lot. You can also decorate a pumpkin at home and drop it off at the library between October 19-25 to enter it in the Annual Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Voting will take place during the Trunk Or Treat event!  – No age restrictions on the contest.

     

    Saturday, October 26

    FALL FESTIVAL AND TRUNK OR TREAT

    GPS Faith Community – 10714 N. 2nd St – Machesney Park

    Cost: FREE – When: 9 am – 1 pm

    Trunk Or Treat from 10 am to Noon – Enjoy an indoor craft sale, bake sale and fall photo booth.

     

    WINNEBAGO AREA TRUNK OR TREAT

    Main Street – Winnebago

    Cost: FREE – When: 10 am to Noon

    Enjoy Trunk Or Treating in downtown Winnebago. There will be free apple cider donuts, bounce house, balloon animals, games, photo area and face painting!

    Town hall will have a haunted house that includes a kid friendly maze and photo opportunities with witches and more!

     

    TEALOWEEN TRUNK OR TREAT

    Loves Park VFW – 2018 Windsor Rd – Loves Park

    Cost: FREE – When 4 – 5 pm

    Trunk Or Treat at Tealoween food – free event by the Rockford Crunchy Ladies. This event is for families with food allergies, sensitivities and other conditions that prevent them from consuming Halloween treats. All items in the trunks will be food free!

     

    FOREST CITY REHAB TRUNK OR TREAT

    Forest City Rehab and Nursing Facility – 321 Arnold Ave – Rockford

    Cost: FREE – When: 1 – 3 pm

    Caramel apple bowls, candy, fundraiser, games, prizes and more!

     

    TRICK OR TREAT AT LINCOLNSHIRE PLACE

    Lincolnshire Place – 6617 Broadcast Parkway – Loves Park

    Cost: FREE – When: 2 – 4  pm

    Trick Or Treat and get candy from the residents of Lincolnshire. They love seeing kids dressed up in their costumes!

     

    NORTH END TRUNK OR TREAT

    North Towne Mall Parking Lot – 3601 N. Main St – Rockford

    Cost: FREE – When: 4-7 pm

    Come Trunk Or Treat in the Parking Lot with neighbors and businesses.

     

    KID SPOT TRUNK OR TREAT

    Kids Spot – 9461 N. 2nd St – Roscoe

    Cost: FREE – When: 5 – 7  pm

    Downtown Rockton

    Cost: Free – When: 1 – 3 pm

    Trick Or Treat through downtown Rockton businesses. At least 14 locations will be participating.

     

    LIBRARY THEMED TRUNK OR TREAT

    Grace Lutheran Church – 343 Grand Ave – Loves Park

    Cost: FREE – When: 4 – 5:45 pm

    Library themed event. Get a library card when you enter and see all of the book themed trunks. Enjoy food, candy, non-candy, music and more!

     

    Monday, October 28

    ROCKFORD POLICE & FIRE DEPARTMENTS TRUNK OR TREAT

    Rockford Public Schools Building – 501 7th Street – Rockford

    Cost: FREE – When: 6 – 8 pm

    The Rockford Police and Fire departments invite you to come “Trunk Or Treat” from police cars, ambulances, firetrucks and more!

     

    Thursday, October 31

    CONSCIOUS COACHING 2ND ANNUAL TRUNK OR TREAT

    Andrews Park – 1784 Sherman Ave – Rockford

    Cost: FREE – When: 4 – 6:30 pm

    Second annual even in Andrews Park. Lots of fun for the whole family.
