Build strength, beat stress, nurture self-care, and relaxation in the outdoors! Join us for a “Yoga for mOMs” summer series lead by registered yoga teacher and mother, Miranda Buell. This session will be centered on “yoga flow,” a combination of accessible yoga postures, fluid in movement, and linking each pose with breath. Each class will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor, increasing energy, muscle activation, flexibility, and end with a guided meditation.
Bring your kids , we have partnered with Julie Kincaide, educator, mother, and owner of The Forest City Nature School, to offer a nature based education child care: from nature walks, art, and playing in our new children’s garden.
All Levels (open to pregnant moms). Bring your own mat and water for yourself and your children.
– Child Care will be provided for kids ages (3-10) Cost included (we will be expanding for younger toddlers please check back)
– Newborns 6 weeks-6 months or not crawling are welcome to sit next to their mothers
– Rain or heat advisory, class will be held indoors.
