B103 will be in downtown Rockford all day: in the parade and broadcasting from the biggest fireworks display in Rockford.  We will have the soundtrack to the display. Make sure you tune your radios to 93.1FM to listen during the synchronized display.

PARADE ROUTE

The Patriotic Parade forms on 7th Street and 6th, 5th, and 4th Avenues.  The Parade then proceeds North on 7th Street to State Street, West on State Street to Wyman Street, South on Wyman Street (past the reviewing stand) to Chestnut Street, West on Chestnut Street to disband point of Chestnut and Winnebago Streets.  Proceed North and South on Winnebago Street allowing other units to disband.

FIREWORKS SHOW

5:00p – Davis Park Box Office Opens – Cash or Credit Cards Accepted.

9:30p – Fireworks Show – 5,000 shells from all over the world will be ignited in a 30-minute show synchronized to music.  There will be a full 3-minute finale which will feature a shell exploding in the air every 1 ½ seconds!  This breathtaking spectacular will leave you and your family with the “oohs” and “ahhs”!  Don’t miss it!  Best viewed from Davis Park.
